Shipping costs

Save yourself the shipping costs! As of an order value of €50, your order will be delivered directly to your home free of charge within Germany by our logistics partner DHL. For orders under €50, we only charge €4.95 for delivery. For international orders, please see shipping rates at checkout. 

Delivery time

Unless longer delivery times are specified, your order will usually be delivered directly to your home within 2-3 working days by DHL parcel within Germany. The following applies to deliveries to Austria: Delivery by our logistics partner UPS usually takes 3-4 working days.

Delivery to a DHL Packstation
Due to the special nature of some products (e.g. temperature sensitivity), we are unfortunately unable to offer delivery to a DHL Packstation.
