1. Cleansing
Cleanse your face depending on the condition of your skin. Oily and blemish-prone skin benefits from Oil Cleansing with Everything Oil. Dehydrated, dry and normal skin prefers Cleansing Cream. Apply a few drops of Floral Essence to the skin and press it in lightly with the palms of your hands.

Depending on your current skin condition, massage either oil or balm onto the still damp skin. Let your skin decide which care it needs. Everything Oil for normal, dehydrated and inflamed skin. Master Elixir for dehydrated, dry, dull skin. Wonderbalm for very dry skin, eyes and lips.

For which skin type are the products suitable?
We don't think in terms of skin types but in terms of skin conditions. Skin is constantly changing and does not have the same needs every day. Sometimes it needs more moisture, sometimes more moisturizing. Each of the five products meets a specific need. Floral Essence moisturizes and strengthens the skin barrier. Cleansing Cream cleanses intensively and gently exfoliates the skin. Master Elixir provides valuable vitamins and antioxidants. Everything Oil nourishes the skin with essential fatty acids. Wonderbalm protects and nourishes intensively. Depending on how you mix the products together, they adapt perfectly to your current skin condition, so they are suitable for every skin type and condition.
How long do the products last?
The Essentials last up to two weeks with regular use, Wonderbalm usually even longer.
How do I know how to use the products?
We enclose our 24-page 'Good Skin Guide' booklet with every delivery, which describes the products and how to use them in detail. Apart from that: just listen to your skin, it will tell you directly which products do it the most good. Using the essentials is very easy and intuitive, you will usually find your perfect combination after one or two applications.
